This explains why Yellow Page, B.V. needs STI International to do its bidding. Because there is no physical company location for Yellow Page, B.V. They are not registered to do business with the New York Secretary of State Division of Corporations (a requirement if you are doing business in New York and want to file a lawsuit there).

This is a real building of course. But the office? It's a Regus Group Suite. I called Regus Group and tried to find out if there are any actual people working for Yellow Page, B.V. at 300 Park Ave. Suite 1700. So far they won't say. When I asked for information about the company, I was told they couldn't tell me anything. Strange! They did connect me to a person with a British accent who answered the phone as "Service Center New York". I asked her for her name and she identified herself as Jane Lewis. I then asked her if she worked for Yellow Page, B.V. She said "That depends". She then explained that Service Center New York only answers calls for Yellow Page, B.V. She said she does not know who owns Yellow Page, B.V., and would not tell me the name of her own supervisor. Strange! Why so secretive? Because they don't want to be found! I am still trying to get more information from Regus Group about who is actually receiving calls for Yellow Page, B.V.Amsterdam Office:

Again, this appears to be a shared office suite with no real office for the company. Since Yellow Page, B.V. is a Dutch company, they use this address as their home address on their official filings with the Netherlands government. But it's not a real office as far as I can tell.

Again, there is a real office building at this address. Notice there is no suite number given. Do they have the whole 20 story building? I'm not even sure if they have a virtual office at this address. But they might. There are some virtual offices available in the building.
So if the company isn't in Amsterdam, New York or London, then where are they? Well, from what I can tell, it's being operated on the resort island of Palma de Mallorca by a fellow named Jan Marks. You see, every Dutch company has to file a statement of information on itself, so I obtained the statement of information on Yellow Page, B.V. (or as it is now being called, Yellow Page Publishing, B.V.) The statement of information (shown below) lists the director as Jan Marks, giving the Pieterzoon Coenstraat 7 address. So I googled Jan Marks and turned up a LinkedIn page for him here, which lists him as the marketing director for Yellow Page Marketing, B.V. His LinkedIn profile also lists him as the Managing Partner at m+ media network s.l. When you Google that, you arrive at this page, which touts Jan Marks as marketing expert and gives his address as:

And there is an email address also, which you may want to use to express your displeasure to the managing director about how his company is conducting itself. info@mplusmedia.com
So even though those in control of Yellow Page, B.V. are doing their level best not to be found, I feel pretty certain that we have found him. There may of course be others involved in the scam. We will keep looking. Meanwhile, be sure to report anything you might find out in the comments section.
