More on Direct Factoring EOOD
Here is another example of a letter from Direct Factoring EOOD, which is apparently German company that claims to have been assigned accounts from Yellow Page Marketing, B.V. Readers should be aware that this latest version of the scam has been reported to both U.S. and German authorities and we hope to have some governmental action taken against this company.

Thank you for posting this update. I've just received my first 'Direct Factoring' invoice and thought this sounded awfully familiar! Yellow Page has been after a few of our locations for a number of years. Information such as this simply confirmed my suspicions.
We just received a letter from Direct Factoring eood as factoring agent for YelloPage-Florida.com for a 2 year contract on 08/10/2009. What a scam. People please be aware and pay close attention.
